Online Return Policy

  • Damage claims must be made within 15 days of package receipt.
  • Send return requests to sydney@kenzepanneinc.com for approval.
    • Please include order number, photos of items and description of concern along.
    • Email reply will include RMA.
  • Kenze Panne will issue a UPS Shipping slip for returns via email.
  • All returns must include RMA form along with items and original order number.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days of when we receive your return package.
  • Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds of non-damaged goods is prohibited under usual circumstances.
  • Returns of non-damaged items will be at Kenze Panne’s discretion on a case by case basis.
