Returns & Damages

  • Return and damage claims must be made within 15 days of package delivery date.
  • If you would like to return merchandise, please fill out the Request Form below or email maira@kenzepanneinc.com
  • If you are returning damaged merchandise, please fill out the Request Form below or email maira@kenzepanneinc.com
  • Kenze Panne will issue a prepaid UPS shipping label for qualifying orders only.
  • The following are not eligible for return nor refund: 
    • Return or damage claims over 15 days of package delivery date
    • Final sale merchandise

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of when Kenze Panne receives the return package.
  • Refunds will only be issued to your original form of payment used in the online order.

Exchanges

  • Exchange claims must be made within 15 days of package delivery date.
  • If you would like to exchange a merchandise, please fill out the Request Form below or email maira@kenzepanneinc.com
  • Kenze Panne can only process exchanges for the same item.
  • Exchanges will only be issued if the item is available in stock.
