Returns & Damages
- Return and damage claims must be made within 15 days of package delivery date.
- If you would like to return merchandise, please fill out the Request Form below or email info@kenzepanneinc.com
- If you are returning damaged merchandise, please fill out the Request Form below or email info@kenzepanneinc.com
- Kenze Panne will issue a prepaid UPS shipping label for qualifying orders only.
- The following are not eligible for return nor refund:
- Return or damage claims over 15 days of package delivery date
- Final sale merchandise
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of when Kenze Panne receives the return package.
- Refunds will only be issued to your original form of payment used in the online order.
Exchanges
- Exchange claims must be made within 15 days of package delivery date.
- If you would like to exchange a merchandise, please fill out the Request Form below or email info@kenzepanneinc.com
- Kenze Panne can only process exchanges for the same item.
- Exchanges will only be issued if the item is available in stock.
